But this is the first we’ve heard of couples taking awkward engagement photos on purpose! A couple put together all of the elements of a truly awkward photo with era throwbacks like 80s-style sweater vests, crimped hair and a cat to create engagement photos with a sense of humor for their wedding in June 2014.
